ABSTRACT Introduction Martial arts choreography is a sporting event of high intensity and speed. The energy metabolism its practitioners characterized mainly by anaerobic consumption, complemented aerobic metabolism. routines have particular movement rules, the systematic training method has played positive role in developing martial routines. Objective This paper explores eight-week Methods 36 players from colleges universities were selected random sampling. above research subjects randomly divided into experimental control groups. group adopted an exclusive protocol. was trained traditionally. Results Significant differences found between two groups test results eight-speed indicators. A significant difference also data three endurance Conclusion personalized used this significantly improved athletes’ speed levels. can provide reference for routine staff improving professional athletic technical level.
